Pre-season Training Times
Updated on December 11th, 2011 by WestVicThe WestVic State League program is starting to look towards season 2012 and on behalf of the committee, I wish all players and supporters all the very best for Christmas and the New Year.
I look forward to seeing Pre-season resume in full from early January 2012.
NEWS
- Gavin Mann has been appointed as the State League Men’s team and will be assisted by Liam Geraghty. The appointment is for the 2012 season only.
- We have been successful in nominating a second women’s team for 2012 and this team will be graded in Metro 2.
- It is anticipated that the pitch replacement will take place over an 8 week period starting in mid January.
TRAINING
The following sessions are planned.
Pre-Christmas
Monday 12 & 19 Dec 6.15 pm
Meet at Floral Clock – Botanic Gardens
Fitness session
Thursday 15 & 22 Dec 6.15 pm
Meet at the Hockey field
Casual stick and ball work – ½ field games.
All players and any others are welcome to join the pre-Christmas sessions.
Post Christmas
All players will be advised of the stating dates, watch this space !
We anticipate using venues at Geelong and Warrnambool during the months when Ballarat’s ground is not available.
